If QA-1 can't supply what you need, it doesn't exist: Suspension Components, Rod Ends, Shocks & Struts, Coilovers | QA1 Performance Parts

Stand offs and mounts are custom built for each car. The shock makers usually can not supply those. You'll have to make your own. I would only build a mount that puts them in double shear, never single shear.

Use of a sway bar depends on the rest of your set up, and your goals. The sway adds wheel rate, but only when the car is leaning. If you add a little more spring rate, you can eliminate the sway bar. The car will have a slightly stiffer overall ride, but still corner well.
