Default Tucson, AZ, Cobra drive to Kitt Peak.
The Tucson Cobras invite any one interested in coming along for a drive to Kitt Peak on Saturday, Feb. 11 th. The meeting location is at 15200 W. Ajo Way at Cindy Lou's II Restaurant. It is about two miles west of Ryan Field and a mile east of Three Points. Plan to be there about 9:45 am, they serve from one menu and the prices are reasonable. From there it's on to Kitt Peak, a 28 mile drive with 12 miles of twistys. There will be a tour of the telescopes at 11:30 and I am planning to make that.
