I've got some last steps on my West Coast/Kellison to go. I'll do the registration this summer. I took a look at this some time ago. Here is what I found out. Youve got 2 options. 1 - You can state it as a "66 Replica" and you are grandfathered for EPA. 2 - A "specialty vehicle" (Which I would not do since you have the "Replica") Specialty is basicly a non-production car like a Kit (Bradley-GT etc.). Emissions is based on the year the donor engine is made. You need to go to your local police station for them to look at your reciepts to verify your purchase of the vehicle and get your VIN number. Then take it to the DMV for title and registration.

Since Its been a while, I may not be on the latest. Let me know if I'm not quite right about this.
