Default Rare Cobra concept cars coming to Amelia Island.

We are going to get close look of the 49-year-old Cougar II and its roadster brother Bordinat Cobra in the next month at Amelia Island. The two cars were secretly preserved in Detroit Historical Society’s private warehouses. This year as they celebrate the anniversary of the Shelby Cobra, two super-sleek concepts will be sent from Detroit Historical Society to Amelia Island. The Cougar II is a Ford concept car was built in 1963 and was active in the show circuit till 1964 World’s Fair. After the Cougar II made its debut, Ford styling boss Eugene Bordinat wanted his own dream car, and the Bordinat Cobra was built. Like all concept cars these were eventually pushed aside and forgotten but once again coming back in the bright sunshine next month at Amelia Island. Don’t miss to get close to these classic roadsters!
