I can tell you that I know he has been sick for a while. I sent an autograph request for a glove box in late December. When I inquired about it at the end of Jan, I was told that he had not been in since the beginning of Dec to sign anything. Yesterday, I received an email stating that unfortunately they would have to return my item due to his declining health. So I have known for a more than a month that he was ill. Held my tongue since I did not want to break confidence. I hope he recovers but it does not sound good. Ironically I bought a SPF cobra replica on Monday that was signed by him and got the email the next day.
