I've searched the site and can't find what I know I've seen before so I'll have to ask! I want to get my SPF 2608, manufactured in 2007, re-titled as a 1965 Cobra under the new 5585 law. I want to use the vintage 1963 license plate I have. A picture of the plate is attached. Can I use the vintage plate and what is the name and number of the DOL person in Olympia that would be a good contact if there is a problem? No inspection or smog is necessary in Whatcom County.
