this is what got me going on the TFI...........

I have fought the problem with my Cobra. The TFI only lasts about a year. When the engine is turned off all the header heat under the hood works it way to the scoop and exits. This funnels super high temps right past the TFI. If you start it back up in 20-40 minutes after shutting it off, it will miss-fire to beat the band.
