Your electric system is unbalanced by the differant materials (alum block,coated steel bell housing, alum trans, etc)all the rubber mounts that are used. the circuit loop to to battery isn't capable of handling the amps required either for starting or the huge charging (100+ amps) common in todays vehicles---AND----all the braided lines are performing a big balancing act to make up for the poor ground system. I would also look at the way the fans and radiator are mounted to get rid of the current from the fans as often it will become a back feed thru the coolant---
