looks like your intake does not have the provision for the
oil fill tube on the passenger side, however, in the valve cover where your pcv is,.. you could put a different rubber grommet in,... and get a cap with a hole in it for a pcv. you could then fill your crankcase from there.
otherwise new valve covers
they make caps like this but with a hole and grommet for a pcv
