BAsque1, Looks like whoever built the engine got a little confused. In the aft part of the intake manifold where the oil fill tube is, is where the PCV valve should be. Where the PCV valve is, is the only viable location for an oil fill tube. If you check Gessford Machine, you will find everying you need to relocated the PCV valve and the oil fill tube. If you look hard, because the light was crummy for this shot, you'll see the PCV valve in the aft of the intake manifold.
