Do we have any Backdraft owners in California who have purchased a "new build" from Backdraft or a distributor and have then gone through the SB100 and BAR process without incident?

Your feedback will be helpful in assisting "new Backdraft" purchasers who are now encountering some friction at BAR. (alleging that the purchase is a completed car)
