I too toyed with the idea of how to leak fuel into my build but then it was either Webers or a single carb.Ran an 850 dbl pmp for a few years never liked the rich idle loved everything else.Then discovered Dan Davinci he built me a 1000cfm dbl pmp all I can say is Wow, both me and the 460 could not be more satisfied and the idle is just what I had hoped for lean and nasty! EFI of any kind was never considered partly because of the expense and complicated nature of the beast,not to mention no narly idle with electronics.Finally for me wanted the old school look when hood was lifted,it speaks volumes to we old schoolers.
