Can you be more specific about the friction at BAR itself? I never had any issues; it was easy at BAR itself. SB100 itself has something in their description about turnkey cars so you need to be careful how you present the vehicle when you go to the DMV to get your SB100 number.
The BAR did not ask me any questions about how the car was built or who did the work. They looked at my SB100 and then checked the engine and did a smog test and place the sticker on my car. That was about it for them.
