ERA does a great job estimating their car's pricing structure.
Sample costs for ERA slabside kit

Basically $46,500
Plan on:
Motor $5000
Trans $2000
Clutch etc $1000
Add 1000 fudge
Add $500 for oops stuff.........

Est $56,000
