Welcome to the madness! Yes it is doable even with the Lone Star. I do have to ad though that at your height and level of mech skill you might be better with a Backdraft. Good size cockpit and less mechanical stuff to do. Of course LS may build you a roller as well and I'm a little jaded, I love my BDR............

PS Don't know where you live, but if you can get to the London Cobra Show next month I HIGHLY suggest you do it before you buy anything. Can't beat the window shopping and one on one user reviews at this event. That's how I decided on what I wanted.
