OK, armed with the data that you posted for me, I ran some tests. First, at outside temperature of 70 degrees, I started the cold car. It idled at 1100 RPM and the
oil pressure gauge read 65 PSI. Then I ran the car until the
oil temperature was at 160 degrees F. At 900 RPM idle, the
oil pressure was 35 PSI. At 2000 RPM it was about 58 PSI, as close as I could read the gauge. Over 2000 RPM, the pressure was always above 60 PSI. I am guessing that everything is OK, but with the more viscous oil the pressure was a bit higher. Bill
