using a fixture you can or have a machine shop drill your hubs to correct dimensions. If they are way off you could rotate and then re-drill. If off small amount you could go to sprint car pins which are bigger. On your wheels you, or machine shop can drill then ream out holes oversize and then put sleeves into wheels.
