I'm not sure they're universals, but I really don't know. When looking at the bung, it measures out slightly larger than 14mm - like 14.7mm. I don't know if you could just push in a new injector. All the injector bungs I found have a 14mm ID.
Monday I'll drop by a local injector shop and see what they can tell me.
