zacincceo Zac finding someone in motor department or a policeman will be needed. The custom hood and dash are special on this car for shore. I see and know how much this car means but the current owner my not want to sell it for no money. This car stands out in a crowd. It's hard to believe that nobody has not seen it. Instead of waiting for something that may not show, why not build a new one with your family like the ones in the pictures. It's not the same but it's the thought more than perfect cloning. You have pictures of the car. This makes it easier to duplicate. Maybe you can stop kicking yourself and find some peace. Good luck either way.
