For my SPF I added spacers in the front of the driver's slide rails (seat to rails location) to tilt the seat back a bit. Much more comfortable (at least for me) - "in the seat" feel, more distance to the steering wheel (seat is all the way back) without getting too far from the pedals (still needed to extend the pedals a bit - I'm 5'6"). As for the leftward location of the pedals I got used to it real quick. By a few hundred miles didn't even notice it. I guess humans can get used to almost anything.

Personally, I would'nt let pedal offset be your determining factor, IMHO.
