G-Pete is right...the 289 model has that lean, mean look about it, the 427 model looks fat and "bloated" to many of us (Hey, don't shoot the messenger, I drive a 427 model, it wasn't what I wanted, it was what was affordable at the time).

An acquaintance has a Unique 289 FIA model with a 351W that has been stroked to 427 CID....I bet that one does 0-60 in less than 6 seconds!!
