It has been a long time but I am now back at it. Still have not fixed the horn issue. I understand it makes a ground to sound the horn but when I look in there a have a brass screw on the back of the center cap and 3 holes in the center of the column (one which looks like it has some sort of connector inside) How exactly is the gound made and am I missing some kind of connector in there?
