Trailered my 1967 427 Cobra to the DMV theft unit in West Babylon - they verfied my Mass affixed VIN(2007 repli) and gave me a VIN verified form - proceeded to DMV and registered as 2007 Custom Conv.
Went to inspection station and helped tech walk through inspection:
tires : passed,brakes : passed,horn : passed,directionals : passed,wipers(manual) : passed - no emissions check.
