There is a a lot of websites that have very mean & even cruel members, including this, most wonderful Cobra site on the planet. I have a Cockatoo bird and met a woman on a parrot website, and she's been a members for a few years and was very,....helpful and a terrific person. Just last week, another member decided that, (get this) "talks too much". lol.
She had some type of pull with one of the moderators and asked her to leave the site.
I don't understand why people want to throw their weight around and cause problems ? Guess it makes them feel powerful.
Even here, someone asks a question and some just jump,....at a chance to create problems, then a guy that likes that member, climbs aboard too, then it becomes a chain reaction.
We race 360/410 winged sprint cars, and their's a racing forum website for most Midwest tracks. The one for our local track has become just a "***** SESSION", and most of the members are not even the racers, just fans in the stands ! They complain about track conditions, the officials, the weather to the food.
The owner is very concerned that teams from other states will visit the site, listen to these idiots, and decide not to race here ! I just hope they make the right decision and talk with us that love the owners, track and facility !
To those members here, stop trying to be a bad-ass and throw your weight around and enjoy fellow members and this great site !
mdross1- Great thread and thank you, as we need to talk about this issue before Club Cobra gets a bad name. I know many members that will never come back because of this big problem.
(I'll bet that someone will here will give us crap for this thread and responders)
