The OP is asking for a set of chassis plans free but he can't find anyone who wants to give away their hard work without compensation. Gee, wonder why.

I'd like to have a new Kirkham free but David doesn't want to give me one. I think he should give me one out of the goodness of his heart. When he doesn't give me one, I'm going to get upset, probably hold my breath till I turn blue, and tell everyone what a terrible person he is.
