FWIW ... I played with an Ebrock carb on mine . I had to modify it some to get it to work . It ran ok out of the box , but it never made as much power than my Holley . You need to raise the float levels to the max setting , block off the crossover channel between the two float bowls and change a few other things on the fuel lines and linkage . I also removed all the choke mechanism and set the secondaries to come in much sooner than stock . A lot of work and it still won`t out perform my Holleys . However , don`t get me wrong ... it was still a good street carb , but I also do track days and wanted a carb that would work on the track with a minimum of changes .
