The eccentric washer is part of what is adjusted when they set the alignment.

Once again I'm real sorry I forgot about this and left yesterday. It would have been real easy in Brian's garage to lift the rear wheels off the ground and check out the wheel bearings. But you can still do it at home by jacking the rear wheels off the ground and putting jack stands under the frame. Then start it up and slowly take it up to speed to see if you hear it. And when you are done, just push in the clutch and shut it off. Don't use the brakes. Let the rear wheels stop on there own.
