Thanks for the replies. I've followed up BPM and Harrison but no joy - I'll try Albins tomorrow.

I really doubt I will find an 'off-the-shelf' shaft as I only require them to be 345mm. Also GM CVs can be fixed or floating and each has a different spline. I want to use floating CVs on each end so it's a rather specialised request.

I machined an adaptor for the outer CV.
