[birdwatcher II]

I've heard over the years that the Classics and Excaliburs are very similar. The Excalibur came from the factory with a stereo. I'm thinking about swapping mine out for something with a more retro/period correct look (with modern day functionality). Anybody ever do this? Any suggestions on where to look or what's a good fit? Thanks in advance.
