I suspect ERA is now offering something that a few of us on CC have been testing with for some time now over the past eight years with SS mufflers. Yes, its true, more flow and less crackle-pop sound using a muffler design that offers some noise cancelation of the higher frequencies; there are years of threads on this alone. This inquiry relates to something else and goes back to my other comments about some here on CC right now experiencing lean carb and jetting issues due to more freeflow sidepipe mufflers. I had to go up four jet sizes (pri/sec) just to compensate for the difference. I know the folks at SS and can inquire there too. The evolution of muffler design for noise vs. performance is slow and developing, but still evolving some believe it or not. Thanks.
