Most likely this year's Monterey Car Week -- including the Carmel and Pebble Beach Concours, the Monterey Historics and the many classic car auctions -- attracted the greatest number of original 260/289 and 427 Cobras that we may ever see together in our lifetimes.
I've put together a list of 120+ originals that were there, and have pictures of many of them (
that is, until my camera battery died on me). I've positively identified about 110 cars so far, but am missing a few and hoped that some of you could help fill in the gaps. Specifically I'm looking to confirm:
- that they are in fact originals and not replicas, and
- their chassis numbers.
Not all of the photos are mine, so I've identified the photographer for those that aren't.
