[HPCOBRA]

Has anyone had experience using this high output fan. It has impressive performance data, but it notes that it is only recommended for paved track useage. It is not recommended for dirty or wet environments due to no sealing features. I am curious if they are on the money or over the top on their disclaimer. If anybody is using this fan, please let me know your experience. Thanks
