Yes, that is what i meant by olive fitting. Looks like thats the way to go.

That ad says rated to 100psi, but i dont think that is correct as i thought they were usually only suitable for lower pressure (i.e. carby). I went with tube nut and sleeves for for 3/8 high pressure.
