Regardless, the biggest problem you're going to run into is finding parts that aren't made any more and probably aren't available. You're going to have to fab up some of your own parts, find parts that fit by trial and error, and basically build from what you have. With a little work, you can do it- just ask lots of questions on the scratch builders' forum and we can probably get you through it.

Thanks, I sent an email to Yvonne Kube (she still has some paper work from NAF), asking if the serial number on the frame matches anything they ever sold at NAF. I am more concerned about finding who made it, so I can get more information for the DMV, so I get a title. I feel pretty comfortable finishing the car, if I can get a title.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to get a title for this thing in the state of texas without an MSO, please let me know.
