short or long input shaft
Hello all, I have measured everything I can think of and I believe i have the long input shaft in my TKO. From the trans housing to the tip of the input shaft it is 7.25 inches. The depth of the bellhousing is 6.75 (where the trans mates and to where the block mates). So I have a .5 inch protrusion that is MUCH less than the depth of the crankshaft hole where the pilot bushing goes. I have a 351C and if I read the threads correctly only the 427 needs a short input shaft. Correct? Thanks
