Most of your problem lies with your pulley set-up!!!!!!!!!!! For anything but all out racing your crank pulley should be at minimum the same diameter as your water pump pulley or 1 to 2 inches LARGER in diameter...........you want to overdrive your water pump by 15 to 25% for street driving.......

Ditch the underdrive pulleys and you'll see your problem disappear........
