Ya know... build it out the top floor into 5-8 high end stuidos apt with half baths, and a large, high end common aera with big flat screens, pool table, nice bar, indoor bar-b-q, big leather sofas, chairs
and the bottom floor would be garage and shop space for toys. Hire one full time guy for washing cars, changing
oil, picking up GF's at the airport.....
Could make for a nice weekend retreat......
All that in an iconic location!
