Suggestion,

Get a piece of 5/16 OD thin wall metal tube bent in the angle that you want or get a piece of tubing and bend it yourself. Slip it inside the rubber hose. The hose should conform to the shape of the bent metal tube. You can cut the tube to just the lengh that you want. If the tube is thin wall enough, it should not constrict the fuel flow.
