Actually your decision should depend on how your car handles during an autocross event. Removing the rear sway bay will increase the tendency for the car to understeer. See Roger Kraus Racing - More Information
for a downloadable *.pdf on understeer/oversteer. I increased the stiffness of the rear sway bar to shift from an understeer tendency to a neutral/slight oversteer condition.
