I don't have your solution, but I do have one thing to keep in mind as you search for one. People often focus so much on the size of the air filter that they forget to consider the size of the gap between the top of the carburetor and the top of the air filter. As that gap gets smaller, there is less space for the air coming through the air cleaner to be drawn into the carburetor. This can limit air flow as much as a smaller air filter. This is particularly important on large, high performance engines.
