I'm pretty sure I can get hold of the Girling Slave cylinder in the UK with no problems because it was common with many British cars of that period and so there are lots of companies in the UK supplying such parts for the classic car industry. However, it was slave cylinder mounting bracket, pushrod and ball end parts which I need to find details of.
Mickmate: Is the photo you showed an original set up or something you have fabricated?
