Agree......, verify the DMV registration/inspection requirements for a " kit car " , including whether separate Bill of Sales are required for the drive train etc. components., along with the possibility of emission testing. Another consideration is the Model year and make/model on the Title and Registration. In CT, all kit cars become a Composite.
