I couldn't agree more with you and, by extension, SAAC on that classification. Had CSX2019 been sold to Randy Berry as a
PR and movie car, then returned by Randy to the factory for conversion into a Dragon Snake, the car should absolutely have been classified as a legitimate factory-built, independent comp "Dragon Snake."
