Rico,

You need to bed the brakes. The fronts look that way due to heat transfer rates between surface/vanes on your new front rotors. The rears have not even started to bed.

Also it appears that you have too much forward bias but until you bed the brakes you cannot tell from the visual of the rotors or from feel as full coefficient of friction will not be achieved.
