yeah, i may be wrong but i think it is because qft participated in the alcohol version that gave them the points and moved them to the top, although mark whitener moved up pretty good and he didn't, so i don't know, same with braswell. aed won it last year if i remember right and did well again this year. the top 3 were within fraction of percentages of each other and i will bet the others were close also. they were able to tune the carb and you can tell who came in low on the list in the out of the box category and moved up were able to improve the tune.
