Click this HOW TO BUY A USED COBRA link. Read and reread it until you have memorized it. Take along someone who knows exactly what they are looking at. Do not rush in to any deals as you have the upper hand (IE: you are the cash buyer) and there are hundreds of Cobras for sale at this point in time.
