I would go with a hydraulic roller. Is your block drilled for a lifter spider or do you need to use link bar lifters? Whether or not you can get something off the shelf that will be suitable will depend on that.
For the specs, I would go with something a little on the lower side for duration to help with the port velocity of those heads. If you're aiming for more torque than horsepower, then the duration also needs to be cut down for that as well. I would aim for something around 228-230° @ .050", with a 4-6° split between intake and exhaust. 110 LSA on a 104 ICL, with .620-.630" lift.
