The other thought I had is if your tires have been sitting on cold cement all winter, I would take it in to a good tire shop and see if the belts are ok, they can separate and cause the wheel to shake also. I normally jack up the car and let the suspension unload over the winter or park it on plywood to get the tires off the cold cement. some of these things are hard to track down. Good luck!
