It's hard to make any kind of intelligent recommendation without some idea of what your goals are.
You already have Webers, so it might be a good guess that you want to continue that look?? But, 8 stack systems will limit your total power production somewhat. If you're looking for max power, then maybe a common plenum system would be a better choice.
How is your engine built now? Does it have the right cam and compression for an 8 stack system? If not, are you willing to change the cam?
Once you've decided on the hardware, then you get to decide on your software. Once again, you need to define your goals somewhat. What features really interest you? Do you want to be able to switch back and forth between 2 different fuels? Do you want to include the ignition system? How much tuning can you do? Do you want internal data logging? How much fabrication do you want to do?
Performance aftermarket is exploding these days. Lots of options available to the savvy shopper and builder.
