Thanks to everyone for your recommendations and opinions, their very much appreciated. Currently, I’m running a Hi Pro 289 engine it is stock with the exception of the 2/4 barrel Weber carburetors. It is probably producing around 350 hp. I’m not looking to produce a lot more horsepower, not that I am against a fire breathing, street pounding monster of an automobile; I have been there and done that, love every minute of it.
As you know, Weber's can be somewhat problematic so going to a fuel-injection system will eliminate some of those issues. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to the folks at 8 Stack and found them to be very helpful and accommodating.
They are in the process of releasing a new management system, sometime in mid January. I understand that it’s going to be very tunable and altitude compensating. We will also not have to install a return fuel line, which would mean removing the rear bulkhead , a real pain , becouse they make a surge tank to go inline from the main tank. They will even throw in a base tune from the guy, who their CSX cars. So, all in all, they were very helpful and will probably move in that direction. Again, thanks for all your help and suggestions.
